Fairness
Every flip is a number between 0 and 1, computed as HMAC-SHA256(server seed, client seed : nonce). CHAD wins when the number is below your chosen probability. The server seed is committed by its hash before you play, so it cannot be changed after the fact; rotating reveals the old seed so you can verify past flips.

About
Flippy is a one-button luck game: you flip a laptop. It tumbles, lands and closes itself. Lid up reads CHAD; upside down reads REKT. One man, one luck: no skill, no edge, no excuses. The coin has two faces: CHAD and REKT. You choose how likely CHAD is, from 5% to 95%. Safer odds pay less, riskier odds pay more.
You start with a 10,000 $FLIPPY play balance, no sign-up needed. Your play balance is what you claim: win and it grows, lose it all and there is nothing left to claim. Claiming unlocks after 20 flips; then sign in with X once and claim it; on-chain payouts arrive with the token launch.
Payout is 0.98 ÷ probability. At 50% CHAD you win 1.96×; at 10% you win 9.8×. The 2% is the house edge.
REKT loses the stake. So does a throw that leaves the table.
Jackpot. 10% of every lost stake feeds the pot. Hit a 5-flip CHAD streak and the pot is yours.
Fairness. Flips use a committed server seed, your client seed and a nonce (see the Fairness page). The live version resolves the same way on-chain with VRF. The activity feed in this build is simulated.
